Best 6800GT driver for HL2?

Title says all, any thoughts? I'm using the 70s, getting crappy performance, thinking of going back to maybe the 66.81
 
well i treyd the both the 66.93 and the 67.02
i did not like them so i went back to 66.81
they work a lot better in all my games,
so if u are playing hl2
use the 6681 drivers
 
67.02 seems to work OK for me. My frames are usually in the triple digits at 1280x960 4xAA 8xAF High detail.
 
I am using 67.03 and they work fine, but 67.02 also work just fine as well.

just got my msi 6600GT AGP, came with 66.81 drivers, cs stress test comes out at 105 fps
 
Iam useing the 67.02 driver.
half lfie runs well with this driver.
i was useing 66.81 drivers. but i was geting white lines.
in half lfie 2. in the corners and in betwwen the floors,
but 6702 drivers are much slower in my bench marks.
iam useing a stock bfg 6800 gt card

Quick question, do you gus install the drivers that come with MSI video cards, or you just download the latest from nvidia and just install that. Thanks
 
usually just dl the latest as the ones on the cd are always older, well most of the time. You're better off dling some beta drivers. Check the forums for some threads on them.

I was wondering where on nvidia site you get those drivers. I went under download drivers and in the graphic card section, it just shows the geforce seriers with the latest being

yeah, guru3d is a good spot to pick up all the latest in beta drivers
