Best budget HSF - Zalman3100 or Coolermaster Areo7lite ?

Hey all, my old ThermalTake Volcano7 died, and now I am stuck with an old kingwin copper cooler that has an annoying/loud 6000rpm fan on it. I want to get something quiet, and decent. I have narrowed it down to the CoolerMaster Areo 7 Lite which is only $10 from svc or the Zalman 3100 which is $20 from newegg. Which would be better, I have heard mixed remarks about the small Zalman HSF's, or should i look at something else ? This will be used on a XP1800+, but im going to be getting a Barton 2500 in the future.
