Looks like subpar battery life is the biggest complaint (Apple vs. MS aside) on the reviews.

I bought a 2011 MBA refurb and it has hands down the best battery life of any laptop I have ever owned. The only downside is the 4gb of RAM. Excel docs sometimes stress it out. That said I have thought about coming back to Windows because almost everything at work is Windows related and it has become a chore on OSX.

Got to do something. Sales of anything Apple other than iPads and iPhones have totally tanked.

Seems sales of Apple computers are reducing by around 20% a year.

Not just MS that's hurting but the tame tech press isn't really mentioning that. In fact a 20% drop was mention as just a 'slight dip'. Really?
