Best Compatible Processor for ASUS P5AD2-E Premium

i am running an old Pentium 4 from almost 3 years ago and i think it is about time for me to upgrade my processor. i currently have an asus P5AD2-E Premium and i was wondering if it is compatible with either a q9450 or q6600. if not i was wondering what the best compatible processor would be for the my mother board.

List of supported processors for P5AD2-E Premium. My best advice for you would be to buy a P35 or x38/48 board, since according to the list, you are fairly limited. Then it is up to you whether you want the q9450 or the q6600. I personally would go with the newer 45nm technology, but people love the q6600 and it is a great processor.
