best cooling combination for P4 2.8c?

I want to buy the best cooling combination for my P4 2.8c!I am thinking XP-120 with Smart Case Fan Blue LED 12CM(from thermaltake)!Can you thing anything better?

That Thermaltake is alright if you're concerned with aesthetics. If not, consider the 120mm Panaflo Low-speed.

I am concerned and for aethetics but is 120mm Panaflo Low-speed better?(I mean performance) And if not can you thing a fan that perfoms better than thermaltakes fan?

I prefer the Panaflo due to the bearings it employs (Hydrowave). Thermaltake gets things done with a cheaper pair of ball and sleeve bearing combinations. Any faster fan will perform better than the Thermaltake, but you pay for it with noise.

In short, the Panaflo is ugly, doesn't offer RPM monitoring (most models don't), but works well.
