Best HDMI multichannel mobo atm

I was just wondering what is the best AMD mobo out right now for HTPC use if you want to run multichannel audio over HDMI (more than 2-channels). I want one that will output True-HD, but that's yet to come around via mobo. I'm wanting to swap out my 780g, and the one i've had my eye on for about a month now has yet to drop in price at all:

You could go with the ASUS M3N78-VM instead, $17 cheaper, but slightly slower shader clock and no firewire.
