Best NB heatsink under 70mm?

As title says, which one could this be? I couldn't get exact height but it's about 70mm as far as limit.
 
TR makes some of the best IMO. I'm running Hr-05 sli/ifx on mine which is slightly larger than what you are looking for but works great.

TR make some similar at 70mm. I think they would be good.

I have both HR05 IFX and SLI version of it but they are 105mm high so neither works. Only chipset heatsink TR sells are HR05s and they are all 105mm high so none of them works for me(I wish it does :()
 
Originally it was for Zotac GF9300 G-E in SG05 modded with full size PSU. Now it's goin to be one for DFI MI P55-T36 in SG05 modded with full size PSU when it comes out which I think it will be very soon since it's up now on their site.
