Best Over-the-Ear Headphones (3.5mm connection)

I'm currently researching for the best circumaural/over-the-ear headphones that are $70 & under with a 3.5mm stereo connection only. I'll be using it for my Kindle Fire & Xperia Play. I do have the Astro A40, which can be used for stereo as well, but I'd prefer a separate headset altogether.

My current choice is the Razer Electra but I'd like to know what my fellow [H]ers think.

Note: I don't mind if a headset has a mic on it since I'll just use the output connecter only.

Definitely better quality audio than any gaming-brand headset.

Those have the best specs I've seen for the price. I'm feeling those are a high possibility.

Forget the razer. Terrible compared to the Samson.

Just tossing in my two cents: Grado sr60i.

Do not think you will find better for the price of around ~$70.

SR60's are good, but it is over his budget.
Gotta go with the Samsons.
