Don't buy from Cyberpower. Their customer support and build quality is just plain crap. In addition, they recommend power supplies that are pure pieces of shit (Apevia) that could easily damage your PC. Yes their prices are lower than other companies but you're just paying for shit-quality.

Your best bet for a $700 gaming PC would be a DIY solution.
