Best sub-$150 Z97 board?

So, looking to upgrade from the rig in my sig. Looking at either a 4690K or a 4790K and I'll obviously need a motherboard.

I'm way out of the loop on what's good these days.

I'm looking for something simple with decent OC (doesn't need to be competition level OCing). I don't need crazy features but what a solid board.

What would you guys suggest?
