Best type of mouse pads. Looking for a good quality mouse pad

I had no clue where to put this, so I up it here.

What are the best types of mouse pads to get out there. I need to buy one, but I'm not sure if those flimsy bendable mouse pads are good for gaming or not.

Does anyone recommend a certain mouse pad, or one that you've used and have found to be VERY good.

I'm looking for both good quality and good price. Does the type of mouse pad even matter, or would a hard solid mouse pad be the better choice over a cheaper flimsy mouse pad?

Funcpad hands down. Your mouse will literally glide across it, great for gaming. They're huge too. I can't be without one.
