best video card for under $100?

I've searched other threads regarding budget video cards, but it's all $200 or below, in which the Radeon 9800 Pro is highly recommended.

What's the best video card for under $100? I'm leaning towards the Radeon 9550.

But based on my reading, I would agree with you. The 9550 would be a great choice.

You can get 128-bit 9600s for under $100. They are clocked higher than the 9550s, but use the same speed of ram I believe.

Is it worth the $60? My friend will be using this thing to play Warhammer: Dawn of War, so sure it's got the extra 128 MB of ram, but I highly doubt that would affect performance in DoW.

you can get a newegg refurbed radeon 9600 pro, which is even better for around $100 including tax and shipping.
