My wife has a lenovo laptop that originally started as a windows 7 machine. I have since gotten it upgraded to Win10. I think some of the lenovo bloatware apps are not win10 compatible and giving me errors. Whats the best way to do get a fresh install of Win10?

1) Verify 10 is activated on your system by right clicking the Start button and clicking System.
2) In the same menu, under Windows edition, verify if you have Windows 10 Pro or Home.
3) Download the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool and download the identical version you have.
4) Choose to either create an ISO to burn a DVD or use a USB drive to create an installer.
5) Back up any data you want saved
6) Boot to the installation media and follow the prompts, skipping the product key
7) Delete all partitions and choose the unallocated space and press next.
8) Follow remaining setup options as presented and again choose to skip the product key.
9) Install all drivers and connect the device to the Internet. Verify again that the system is activated.
