Best way to encode music from analog source to shoutcast?

I have a Numark NS6 DJ controller and was trying to find a way to encode the output of this controller to a shoutcast stream. The NS6 does not have any digital out that I know of, just RCA phono for Master and RCA phono for Booth/Zone and a DIN style "balanced output".

I would prefer a digital only solution but if I must do analog back to digital for the shoutcast stream, what is the best way to do this without losing audio quality?

If you have ANY soundcard, I wouldn't worry about the quality losses.
