BF 3 & 4 won't load

When I click on "Multiplayer" it won't connect. Anyone know how to fix this?
it just says error and kicks me off. when I use steam and play bad company 2 I have no issues but when logging into origin bf3&4 won't load the actual game. need for speed which is also on origin works just fine.
 
You may need to manually install and update Punkbuster?
 
OK so now the actual BF 4 multiplayer map does load, but then I get an error saying:

BF 4 has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.



Anyone know how to fix this?
 
thanks everyone, all I did was right click on the games in origin and clicked on repair.
