BF2 Server Refuses my connection.

Just started up BF2 today, hoping to play for a bit before I go to work, but I get an error when I try to login. It says the Server has refused my connection. Ive never had a problem with it, anybody else having any problems? We need a forum just so we can post our BF2 qualms...
 
he said login, BF2 connects to a central server where your personal stats are saved, afterward you chose game servers.

I heard there was a lot o problems early yesterday 'cuz of the hack, but that went away. Is everything else internet wise working well?
 
I have been getting this since I tried to play yesterday at around 7ish PST.
There is a thread at planet battlefield with like 50 other people with the same issue
 
Same thing happene to meyesterday. I just kept retrying and eventually it connected.
 
I had that problem, when my local ip changed so the router wasn't forwarding the right ports to my comp, once I changed that it started working again. No idea what port it uses though.
 
I had that the last few nights. I get connection refused error, retry once and it worked.
