BFG card busted during shipment?

I just got my new BFG 7950 from mwave but it appears to have been damaged in shipment. The card was not secure in it's plastic casing and it appears there are some parts and capacitors which have broken off during shipment. I just want to confirm before I go through the whole RMA process because I can't see exactly where these things fell off the card.

i can tell you where they fell from and how to re-attach

but since you bought a new card you deserve a new card.

where did you buy it from?

The 1R5 goes between the bottom two solid caps in that square outline at the bottom of the card, and the solid cap goes in the round circle at the bottom corner. That flat part goes under the cap.

the way bfg packages that card is lame. its just sandwiched between to sheets of plastic. no anti-static bag or cardboard cushion.
