budget MB that allows for upgrades

I've got an E2180 coming and I'm looking for a cheaper MB ($50-100) that will allow me some OC'ing and that will also allow me to upgrade to say an E8400 in the future.
I will not be doing any kind of RAID setup either.

Here is what my basic build will consist of;

E2180
Super Talent 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2-800
WD6400AAKS 640GB
Some flavor 8800 video card
Some 450watt PS
X-Fi XtremeMusic
