Budget Motherboard for hptc

I am trying to build a htpc on a budget. I am trying to find a solid motherboard with spdif out onboard, AMD, and reputation. I have been out of the loop in terms of keeping up with hardware, especially motherboards, have not built a computer since christmas.

Crime's link is prolly the best one to research and it just so happens that the Asus A7N266-VM/AA is a good one to pick on a budget (inexpensive, great sound, lots of features etc tec).
