Building a new PC

This is what I'm thinking:

Mobo- Asus P5B-E or the P5B Deluxe

CPU- Intel Core 2 Duo E6400

Video Card- ASUS EN7950GT

PSU- CORSAIR CMPSU-620HX

Memory- CORSAIR XMS2 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory Model CM2X1024-6400

With the problems that alot of people are having with the Mobo's above. Is this memory going to cause a problem or what other kinds are recommended or others haven't had issues with.

I will OC eventually.

Looks like a good build, my younger brother is running the same board and memory just different proc. He hasn't had any problems with the board or ram. Might look into getting another stick of ram as to use dual channel feature.
