building a new pc

Im building a new pc and want to get a AMD 3400+

can anyone suggest a good mobo, ram, and cooling for the processor?

mobo needs to have raid, and serial ata.

ram has to be 1 gig (either 1gig stick) or 2-512mb sticks

I want to build a monster machine!

motherboard: MSI K8N Neo Platinum. $145
RAM: Mushkin DDR500 2 sticks of 512MB $320 (either that or get the DDR433 Level one gig set $260)
CPU Cooler: I like the Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu.
