I upgraded recently because I thought it was my motherboard when in fact it was my power supply. I now have a AMD 3500+ 90nm CPU + MSI K8N-Neo2 nForce 3 motherboard + OEM XP that is associated with that motherboard. Thats my question, can I sell the copy of OEM XP that is registered to the motherboard and if so what liability would I have for mis use by a sicko. I Bought it a NewEgg 3 years ago. The motherboard north bridge fan doesn't work but its never been a problem.
