Hi,
Can the A8N-SLI support the X2 4800+?
I thought it did, I thought many people here were running that combination.
But I'm reading further and I see that newegg doesn't list it as compatable and enither does the asus site
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...82E16813131568,N82E16813131540&SubCategory=22

http://usa.asus.com/products4.aspx?l1=3&l2=15&l3=0&model=539&modelmenu=1

I was ready to hit the "order" button on newegg when I saw that at the last second.
Or do I have to order the A8N32-SLI?
Whatcha think?
Cheers

wait... I just saw this on the AUS site "Currently, it also supports AMD Athlon 64 X2 CPU. " maybe I'm OK after all.

it runs all X2's and opty's right now.

I think I saw a mention of wet_mode: ON in the BIOS :) This way if you water cooling leaks, the mobo will be able to deal with it :)

Yes, but only in WET MODE!
You must get it wet first!
I find water to be very good for wet mode, but koolaid with extra sugar ensures total destruction of your hardware.
