i saw that thread on anandtech, and it seems like alot of people in Canada have been waiting for packages, not knowing why it was taking so long. i thought it might help some of the people here too.....

I really hope this is why its taking that CPU I sent to Koslov so long to get there, and it wasn't just lost in the mail.

The strike was LONG over....and customs for mailing package was NEVER on walk-out strike in the first place since the law disallowed them to. They WERE on a work-to-rule type of strike though.

But since then, they have proposed a new deal, ppl went back to work, and waiting to vote on it.

US to Canada shipping might be affected due to backlog, especially with USPS; Fedex is still going at good speed. (work-to-rule = laziness)
Canada to US = trouble free since Canadian Customs don't deal with these. (US Customs do)

He's selling an sealed OEM S939 Winchest 3200+ on another forum, he said he got in from the States. That should be the one you sold him right?
