Cant get nero 7 to work.

It says that directx 9.0c isnt on the computer but it is. do i need to download it from a certain place or save it somewhere. i got a new computer and want to start loadin it up. any help is appreciated. thanks

when i downlaeded that i got an error sayin its not a normal win 32 program
 
Nero 7's installer should load DirectX 9c on your computer, if it isn't there already.
