Not sure if this goes here but, I have 3 nokia 3100 that I'm thinking about selling, thing is that I want to make sure that all of my info is erased off it. Is there any sure proof way of doing so. Thanks.

does the manual have anything about a hard reset? perhaps check the nokia site for something like that.

go to settings and look for "restore factory settings". it should delete all your messages and contacts. if not just try deleting them manually.

The 3100 is a GSM phone if it is the one I am thinking of.

I believe all personal data is stored on the SIM card. So just be sure to remove it.

not necessarily...you have the option of storing on the sim, but by default most store in the phone because it has better access times and more space.
