Crappy PSU?

while watching my board, I see the +12v rail dipping to 11.79, then jumping to 12.10, the falling to 11.84, then 11.69, then back up to 11.8. It is jumping around constantly, all while the machine just sits at idle! Under load, it gets worse. Every time the harddrives hit, the fans all make a very audible reduction in speed, and all the LEDS dim......

Here is the real kicker,

While running the CPU OC'd, and running benchmarks, the +3.3 will set off alarms as it dips to 3.0v!

PSU is a generic 350w that came with the case... figures. My long time relaible PSU met with a smoking end a short time ago, after 6 years of serivce... Sleep well. I'm ordering a better PSU today.

I shut the machine down this morning before I came into work. I was too nervous to just leave it there like that. I found a local place that has some good PSU's instock, so might just do that rather than order the PC Power and Cooling 510 Deluxe.
