Computer Restarts When Loading OS

Hahaha...problem! Alright, so I partitioned my harddrive about two days ago with Partition Magic, and everything worked fine. I could restart and boot up the PC without any problems. This seemed to work for about 2 days. Today however, I try to start up my computer, and it wont boot up. It seems to restart everytime its about to load up the OS. Anyone know what the problem maybe? Ive checked the BIOS and the HD is already set to boot up first.

Are you overclocked?
