IT Manager in need of some display education here. :)

The company I work for is building a new headquarters. I've been discussing some of the technology we'd like to have in the conference rooms with the owner. One thing we're having a hard time deciding on is whether to get large LCD TV's, or projectors.

We need to be able to have the lights turned on in the conference rooms while using the display, so we either need to go with the TV, or a projector with an amazing lumen output. 1080i or 1080p is a must, as we've been struggling with the lower 720p resolution on our current projector. Obviously 4:4:4 chroma subsampling would be required, as we'll be using this display for vendor power point presentations and training.

We'd probably get a 65" to 80" LCD, or a ~100" projection screen.

So what would the best route be with today's technology? I appreciate the help.
