This problem seems simple to me, but I can't figure out exactly what is going on.
Basically, at any random time, my network connection completely stalls. It may be 3 minutes after a restart, or I may go 5 hours without it happening, but it happens 5 or 6 times a day. I can't access anything network related, although windows and my computer recognizes that I am connected still. IP renew stalls, but I can immediately get my connection back if I disable then enable my LAN through windows network connections.
I'm not connected through a router on my end, although I do use a university connection so there is hardware along the line somewhere. I believe the problem is on my end though (doesn't happen with any other people around me).
Any ideas on why I am getting these stalls?
