Converting/Burning MOV files to DVD/Blu-Ray

I'm looking for an application that will both convert MOV files (from iPhone) and burn to DVD and/or Blu-ray. There are about a million to choose from; any suggestions? Paid, free, doesn't matter.

I'm currently running a demo of ConvertXtoDVD 4, but it feels expensive at $49.

DVDFlick should handle everything you're looking to do with respect to DVD formats. As for putting such files on a Blu-ray, well... can't help there, not sure if DVDFlick can do Blu-ray compatible streams.
 
x264 is an open source H.264 encoder/decoder that can encode blu ray compatible videos. Rather than using x264 directly, you might want to use ffmpeg built with x264 support.

ffmpeg and its command line options can be a bit of a jungle to navigate, but try the dedicated forum, mailing list or irc channel on freenode.
