Converting various videos for iPod touch?

I have a lot of videos that don't work on iPod touch because of their format (avi, divx, etc).

Is there a converter out there for making these videos compatible?

Google iSquint (free, but fewer features) or VisualHub (~$20, but more featuers, and iPod touch presets).

I use videora ipod converter, it's freeware but only works on xp

I use Videora iPod Converter. It has iTouch presets, plus more "advanced" settings, which are still noobified (I'm used to Sony Vegas video encoding details). As long as you can get by the interface (which takes a couple boots to get used to), it's a great tool. Remember to use the MPEG4 presets for the Touch, not the H ones, or you'll get audio lag. Out of all the ones I've tried, it's the best.
