cool acrylic patterns from ultra high voltage discharge... mod ideas?

Its one of the advantages of going to a school with a Ebeam program and knowing the right people for getting some hands on time with it :D

First Unless you have free access to it, getting this done to plexi is pretty expensive. I think beam time at KSU costs $300 an hour.

It looks amazing when your run a LED Though it, ive been itching to build a plexi case out of plexi with lichtenberg trees. I want to do center trees with leds in the center of the tree. Another idea we had was to put the entire piece under vacume then put the piece in a tray of the liquid crystals that are thermal reactive to make it chance colors in differnt heat.

You mean Kent has more than education majors, frat boys spray painting rocks, dead hippies, and ghetto kids? Man, it's been a long time since I've been down there. Should head down next weekend and see what's happening at the old alma.
