Apologies if this has been covered in a thread before, did search but couldn't find anything. Reinstalled windows and decided to enable cool 'n' quiet to see if i can notice any change in noise and power consumption. I've enabled CnC in the bios and installed the amdcpu.exe driver, however running the AMDClock utility the frequency stays at 2200-2225 Mhz in both cores. Specs in sig.

Am i missing something here?

TIA

you have to change settings in you power modes... right click on desktop goto properties... screensaver..... power options... pull down power schemes.... minimal power management

and make sure CnC is enabled in the bios..

and download the driver from AMD.....
