Cooling Suggestions

I have some money I want to put into some nice cooling fans for my case. Currently I have 2 120mm case fans and 1 80mm side window fan. I would like some blue LED light fans, that are good, move alot of air, and I dont mind sound that much, its not like while im playing BF2 im gonna pay attention to that anyway. I would like a better AMD A64 3200+ CPU cooler also because I may overclock soon. Any suggestions? Im at like a 100 dollar limit.
