Was messing around today and got my Corsair 3200XL pro which is stock ddr 400 @ 2225 to 600mhz @ 3448, i didn't try going any lower on the timings as theres so many options i can try and didn't have the time. Chipset voltage on my nf4 sli had to be at 1.6 and also ram voltage at 3.0.

Lowest timings clock i tired was 460mhz at 2.2.2.5 with same voltages. Both overclocks were stable enough for all the benchmarks i ran.

What you guys think, i can't get my cpu stable at 2.6 so ive been fooling around with the ram although it doesn;t really do that much on amds as they have the onboard memory controler.

Increasing the voltage further, say to 3.0V, won't do anything but generate more heat since there is voltage regulator on the IC according to a Corsair representative we spoke with.

that being said... if you want to shoot higher just for fun, you can drop the multiplier on your cpu so thats not holding you back. a 33% overclock is not too shabby as ram goes.
