Counterstrike Cond. Zero and Steam thru proxy?

[font=verdana,arial,helv][size=-1]One of my friends I set up a basic network for him and his kids wants his son to be able to play Counter Strike Condition Zero from his machine in his room. I used freeproxy on the main machine downstairs and the other 3 machines access the web via the proxy. Is there anyway to get Steam and CS:CZ to use the proxy so he can play?
