Couple of GTX460/Multi monitor questions

Hi all,

I just bought a second GTX460 for my rig. It's the standard clock EVGA one. So here's the questions.

1.) I wasn't planning on SLI'ing the cards but if I wanted to would I be able to do that with on EVGA card and the other being Nvidia branded?

2.) I have 2 HD monitors, can/should I drive one off of one card and the other off the second, or should I drive both monitors off of one card?

I'm pretty sure you can sli boards from different manufacturers, but if not you should be able to flash a compatible BIOS onto one of them.
