I'm pulling my hair out.
I need to either create a cd or a usb boot disk under windows 7 to use the WD Tler on my last drive I have.
I have 5 computers, 3 running win7 RC1 (I've bought it just doesn't come until oct 22) and 2 computers, with one running centOS and ubuntu (for sagetv)
I have 4 raptors, 3 I WD Tler'd as they fell out of raid5. The last one I put off (it was a major process of breaking raid, unconnecting cables, connecting the one drive up, using a boot disk with WD Tler on it, then setting it, then rebooting, then rebuilding raid for 3+ hours) I lost the damn boot cd I was using.
I've scoured the internet for hours. The only "boot disk" windows 7 things give me how to install windows 7 from a usb boot disk.
I want to just make a damn boot disk under windows 7, preferably usb, but I'll settle with dvd/cd and add the WD tler to it.
