creating profiles with Shared Computer Toolkit

I'm basically just wondering if there's an easier way to make multiple locked down profiles with SCT... Right now I just have one "public" account where anyone has access to. But I'd like to make at least one more account that will have similar restrictions.

Is there a way to copy every setting from the account I already made, so I don't have to redo everything??

I know I can copy most of the profile settings through the files in Documents and Settings folder, but none of the SCT stuff will be the same.
