CS:S Error

This has never exactly been a "stable" game...
I'm crashing to the desktop with this error message after 2-3 map changes every time I play. I can go join right back up, but it's obnoxious to have to do this.

I guess that's what I'll have to do. I wanted to try here first because I try to avoid those forums if I can.
