D.I.R.T. wont run on new box!

Runs good on my old P4 system but I get a black screen trying to play the game upon leaving the menu.
XP32 and XP64bit same thing. It's patched to date. Latest Nvidia drivers.
Only thing different is my hardware.
Is anybody else playing this on a i7 box?
