Quick question to anyone who knows Dangerden blocks fairly well. I currently own a Dangerden Maze 4 block for the Intel Socket 478. I am upgrading to 754 and I also want to keep using this block. With a few emails from Dangerden they suggested that I purchased a new "top" for the waterblock. I am assuming they meant to buy the "http://www.dangerdenstore.com/product.php?productid=104&cat=42&page=1" and simply add the AMD64 option to it. There are also other options such as "fittings" "hold down kit". What do these mean? I plan to install this on a Chaintech VNF-250.

The hold down kit I believe is the proper bracket for the socket 754 holes the motherboards use to hold down the heatsink, or in your case, the block.

The fittings option just means that they will tighten on the barbs for you. A waste IMO. You need that top with the A64 option and the hold-down kit option
