Database issue (computer specific)

We are trying to have someone access our Microsoft Access Database, all thier permissions are inplace but when they do access they are in Read-Only mode. Though if I go to another computer and use thier information to log onto the Database it logs them in and there is no more Read-Only. We are only getting the Database to show up as Read-Only when logging into the Data base on thier specific computer...

Any ideas? Banging my head against the wall.
