DDR2 for High Definition video?

What would be the best DDR2 memory for High Definition video editing and playback? Is cheaper memory going to work for me as good as the more expensive ones because I do not play games?
I am purchasing a D975XBXLKR top of the line Intel board and an E6700 chip because I do not overclock and do not play games. Stability and speed are the only concern.
 
just get some value ram from crucial or corsair.. 2x1gb would be ideal
