Dead LCD power supply? (pics)

My Samsung 245bw apparently died, doesnt do anything when I press the power button. I opened it up and the power supply board doesnt look so good.

I found the piece pretty cheap online, but could it be something else?

Capacitors look fine, if they would fail then you would notice them bubling and looking abnormally odd.
