Decision MSI 865G Neo2-PFISR vs. Chaintech 9CJS Zenith?

Looking for a mobo for a P4 3.0.

Both of these mobo's look good but I've no experience with Chaintech.

www.newegg.com sells em for ;

Neo2-pfisr = 129.00
Zenith= 169.00

Is the Zenith that much better?

Anyone have experience with either one of these... ?

Looking to spend around 150 dollars give or take...

i actually added the gigabyte xp mobo that comes in around 170.. \

read a review on Tom's hardware that it gets high marks and their mobo/year award..

payday isnt coming fast enough.
