same goes here... apparently I believe like it says, the computer doesn't meet the requirements of eligbility. I think it's only certain models probably? not a good deal.

Try calling your order in. I placed an order last week that had 20% off the monitors normal price and had a $25 off coupon with free shipping that the website wouldn't take. The rep volunteered to override it for me and sure enough it went through. I didn't have to ask for a handout. So, don't give up because the website wont take it. He also said that he wasn't sure why the coupon wouldn't go through because it didn't state that it had the restriction.

I was going to pull the trigger on the same thing and although the 693.00 price tag was appealing Im moving into a new apartment soon. Hopefully they'll get a little lower before I move.

Sry everyone but for now dell isnt issuing any 30% off coupons anymore, they are tryinto simplify their pricing. Who knows maybe they will recreate them again in another quarter
 
Sigh i was just on their website ... put together a E1705 with dua core 2 and it said i would save $750 off this inspirion in the cart and ... they wouldn't give me to .... sadness :(
