Dell U2410 or Dell 2408WFP?

Which one do you think would be a better pick considering their problems? Which one the wide gamut issue is worse? Is there a noticeable difference in image quality?

PVA vs IPS like apple to orange. Both of them got their inherited issues. Depending on what your requirements and for what you are using the monitor you need to specify in details.

Both of them are wide gmaut and U2410 has its own correction, its good but not perfect with dithering.
 
The U2410 has significantly less input lag than the 2408WFP (~35ms default, >15ms in game mode for the U2410 vs 65ms for the 2408WFP) and has no black crush due to its use of an H-IPS panel. That alone to me makes it worth the upgrade.
 
What I don't like are the touch sensitive buttons on the Dell U2410. I would be monitor switching constantly and waiting for the touch response menu of 3 or more "clicks" is just too long. There are more inputs on the U2410 though.
