Difference between ct2k4g3s160bjm and ct2k4g3s160bm?

I want to upgrade my 27" iMac to 32GB, but I don't know which memory to buy. I believe it has 4 slots with a max of 8GB per slot. However, Crucial dot com says that ct2k4g3s160bjm and ct2k4g3s160bm are both compatible.

What's the difference between the BJM and BM memory? Anyone know?

Which one should I get? I'm not a gamer, so I don't know if that plays a role.
